Steve the PGA Golfing Instructor

Product: CSDB Schedule with calendar sync bolt on and 1 additional user
Setup: Free
Monthly Cost: £45

When Steve the golfing instructor arranges a golf lesson with a client, he adds the appointment into the database. The client received a text message informing them of the appointment. The appointment is then synced with Steve's smart phone meaning he knows what he is up to even if out on a course with no internet access. If a lesson is scheduled from Steve's phone, it will appear in the calendar as a white booking which means he know to go in later and hook it up to a client.

Sometimes people ring the pro shop to arrange a lesson. The pro-shop have a login to Steve's scheduling system so can easily add a client and book in a lesson.

The day before and the day of the appointment , the client received a text message reminding them to turn up. The database makes Steve very organised, looks professional to the client and saves him money through fewer missed appointments.

If Steve wishes, he can bolt on quotation and invoicing to his database meaning he can raise quotes and invoices for his bigger clients at the touch of a button.
