Communications Log
The communication log records all email and text messages sent via the system including quotations, invoices, payment reminders and account statements.
It is also possible to add communications manually for example note down a phone call, email or letter sent or received.
There are two ways to access communications:
The link to comms in the pink job menu (left) shows only communications related to that job.
The link to comms in the Green Account menu (top) shows all communications related to that accout.
Manually Add Communication
It is possible to manually add a communication by navigating to the job and clicking on “Comms” in the pink job menu
