Subscription (repeating) job management
A job is set as a subscription job at the bottom of the job management page.
When a job is set as a subscriptions job it will appear on the subscriptions jobs page
An invoice will automatically be raised from the job's Main Quote at an interval specified in the Billing Period and Start and End Dates
Billing Period
Specifies frequency of invoice ie set to 1 to raise an invoice every month
Subscription Start Date
Specifies the date the subscription starts and the first invoice is generated (ie if the start date is 3rd January and billing period is 1, the invoice will always be raised on the 3rd of the month
Subscription End Date
Specifies the date the subscription ends. no further invoices will be raised after this date
Next Billing Date
Shows the date the next invoice will be raised
Auto send Invoice
Sends the invoice direct to the email address specified as the accounts finance contact
Note: Each day the system finds all subscriptions jobs not cancelled or completed. If next billing date is today, it will bill and set the next billing date - today + period
